I buy 10 packs tiles from plumstad wicks but when I come to return my tiles in erith wicks. Staff start crying, they said, why you come here, why you not go in Plumstead, so hard to return here, you should to go to Plumstead to return it. Then I go to Plumstead to return tiles. Very unhelping staff of erith wicks
Have spent a lot of time and money in Wickes stores recently, but after a recent visit to the Erith store I received a parking fine for staying too long in the shop. We were measuring timber and fencing and planning the next phase of our project, so to receive a hefty £100 penalty for wanting to spend money with their company is very upsetting. The fine letter also arrived after the period when a reduced fee would be accepted. I get that they don’t want people parking there who aren’t customers, but you shouldn’t exploit genuine customers for wanting to shop there.
I knew what I was after. Also saw something else at a bargain price. Staff had to go price check it as rang up as £18, not the £12 on the price label.
Good experience and the staff members I spoke to, especially one of them, were excellent, going above and beyond to help with finding some fence paint. Thank you to that staff member, I'll definitely come back in the future.
BE AWARE. KITCHENS BE AWARE. When you buy a kitchen READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS!!!!! Small print !!!! This is told to you continuously after you buy it but not before. If old friends or relatives are thinking of using Wickes Erith then please check everything then double check it. Once you buy the kitchen you are on your own. Customer care is non existent. Sales staff are rude, dismissive and condescending. They will blatantly lie to you to cover their stories. One dippy saleswoman even told us they don't have a Sale whilst standing in front of the KITCHEN SALE sign. If the kitchen is badly designed or if you are over sold items they refuse any refund. Read the small print !!!! Think of your worst second hand car salesman then imagine him selling you your dream kitchen. They only got a 1 star because you have to . This review is for Wickes kitchens only and does not refer to the rest of the store, who are always really polite, cheerful and keen to help.
Don’t really care about customers. Looks like the web data base is not linked with the store stocks and they don’t want to help. Quite rude actually. Probably they are used only to the tradesmen,
A well stocked store for your professional or DIY building projects. The staff member I spoke to was extremely helpful when I had to exchange an item. No fuss at all and only to pleased to help.
Avoid and use a decent provider. kitchen was designed by someone who cared only about his commission. It was impractical. We was also charged for multiple items that was not required. Trying to query of unused stock could go back for refund (total £450 unneeded stock) was refused. Only arrived 7 days ago so not over 30 days. Since seen I'm not the first. I won't be last. The customer service is bismal. Save your money and time.
