Understand that the store operates as an interior design retailer, but the service provided in cooperation with courier companies is at an unacceptable level. I was told to look for my own parcel while the staff were just sitting and watching. Afterwards, they ordered me to close the door—which was wide open when I entered. I would like to emphasize that I am a woman, and yet two men were instructing me in such a dismissive way. I will never set foot in this store again.
