   Was served by Ben this afternoon at the acorn industrial estate branch! I had an exchange I needed sorting out for a recent order, a pair of boots for a different pair! However because I used a voucher for the previous pair it made the exchange a little difficult to sort out however after a few calls Ben was really positive and polite and was able to sort the situation out for me which I really appreciated as I took the boots to be refunded at my more local store (Belvedere) and was told by a member of staff that she didn’t wouldn’t do the refund for me because she had already taken a large refund that morning and obviously wanted to meet her store targets for the day. This was not fair and I shouldn’t have been told this. Many thanks again Ben.

   Visited here today at 7am and found the woman behind the till to be quite rude and abrupt.a man came in to place an order and she firmly said "You need to order it on the tablet we can be doing it all the time". It was 7am and there was no 1 in the store she could have quite easily helped the man or said it politely and offered assistance, when I turned up to collect my order she said you need to do it over there, luckily it was simple to do but she could of explained it as I'm a new customer and had not done this before, over all poor customer service.

   They've done away with the catalogues and pencils so I had to order online while stood out the front of the shop. I then went in to collect but the electronic order hadn't made it to the branch. I hung about for 5 minutes, the order still didn't turn up. The store couldn't refund me so I then had 10 minutes on the phone sorting out a refund and I then walked across the way to ToolStation and got what I needed without a fuss. So unless you are ordering the day before you need it, I suggest you go to ToolStation for an easier experience!

   It was nice going to a site where I saw female counterparts. Staff welcoming and helpful. Important to me step free access available. Social distancing measures in place and one way system being adhered to. A bit too far from where I live, but it was a pleasant experience.
