   Used Huckins twice this year to do our bathroom, toilet and en-suite. The quality of their goods are amazing, service excellent and everything turned up the day they said it would. And even when we had a return that was process super quickly too. Big shout out to Adam who helped us source everything both times and also Teresa who was very prompt regarding any payment queries.    Absolutely outstanding workmanship and service from JA Huckins. Four years ago we had our bathroom redone and it was an absolute disaster, everything leaked. We used another company, who was recommended, to redo the shower and yet still it leaked. We ended up hating the room we spent so much money on and the shower was unusable. I knew of Huckins, as I used to live in Dagenham, but I didn’t realise they fitted bathrooms in Thurrock. On the off chance I sent them an email to ask and I was delighted with a quick reply confirming they did fit bathrooms in my area. Roger came round to measure up my bathroom and provide an initial quote. I then went along to the showroom to finalise all the details and pay a deposit. I was told it would take 2.5 weeks. Roy and his team arrived promptly at 7.45am each day. They were all super nice and cleared up at the end of each day, making it easy to use the adjoining bedroom each night. They also worked with me to accommodate my three large dogs and their needs during the work. In the end all was done in just two weeks and we are over the moon with the result and quality of our new bathroom. I would not go anywhere else to get a bathroom replaced in the future.
