Poor customer service. Lisa cashier lady is highly unprofessional and rude! I would definitely avoid this store.
This should be the goto for every type of DIY. Yet basic shower and bathroom trims and repair kits are seldom found. No wonder Screfix and Toolstation come trumps.
Staff just paired up chatting everywhere, asked for wood to be cut, got told we came in at the wrong time because the manager wasn't there 3pm... and technically he wasn't allowed to cut it, but did. After we waited a while whilst he chatted with another colleague. Then there wasn't a bar code on the wood and we waited again to get the price so we could pay. Just terrible customer service bar the lady at the tills who was friendly and helpful. Definitely will try to visit other branches before returning here.
Absolutely appalling, never answer the phone. Had to shop else where.
Desperately needs a review in the direction this company wants and needs to go....no incentive for the trades anymore....
