   Went to the yard to get a price and someone left a bit of a broken pallet with a nail on the floor right where all the cars where parked out side the office which I accidentally run over The nail has penetrated the sidewall of my tyre leaving me with a bill off £128 so obviously not happy with this company. I'm in and out of builder yards all the time and never had this happen before Pi##ed off

   Amazing showroom and huge range of stones and aggregates all top quality. Very friendly staff as well and prices are fair for the quality and convenience. Makes it easy to pick out exactly the right stones for your project and all very knowledgeable. These project we opted for various sizes of Scottish pebbles with some glacial boulders.    Went in today to pick out the products we needed as advised by our landscaper and as soon as I walked in I was approached by Billy and I told him we are here to pick out what we want and our landscaper will place the order. Billy was more than happy to assist and go through all the products and the different choices. The quality of the stone is amazing and I cannot wait till our garden is complete. Thank you CED and Billy at Thurrock is an asset in his top customer service.

   5 stars for Customer Service Whilst we have not placed an order yet, I have to commend the customer service we received when making a telephone enquiry. We spoke with a very knowledgeable and helpful young lady called Brooke who talked us through many options and pointed out the usefulness of the Gallery tab of each product on the website (which we hadn't previously noticed). True to her word, Brooke (at the Essex branch of CED) sent out samples of all the products we were interested in along with the high quality company brochure. These arrived the next day by courier. This level of efficiency and superb customer service is sadly a rare experience in today's world so I wanted to make a point of highlighting this.

   We visited yesterday as my daughter needed some large cobbles for her GCSE Art project. Staff were so friendly and polite and could not do enough to help us. They have a showroom with a huge selection of landscaping products. I would say if you can't get what you need here you won't get it anywhere. Well worth a visit.
