   Very bad customer service. They printed different numbers on the fronts of shirts to the back of the shirts. After countless massages, they requested we return the kit to them so they can assess what's wrong (it was obvious what was wrong from the video we sent them on Whatsapp). posted it back at our own expense and they confirmed they received it... that was 8 weeks ago now. After they received it, I spoke to the guy on the phone who practically suggested that if he had to remake the kit then it would be an expense to him and so it was not worth his time!!! They have ignored all messages and phone calls and when they did answer, I was explaining the problem and what had gone on so far and he literally just hung up! I have reported this to trading standards who are supporting us in the process now but please avoid using!!! We run a chilsren's community football scheme and found a lovely local businessman to support us and pay for the kit for the kids - that is who they are taking from! DISGUSTING! The one star is only because you have to select at least one star to post this message - they do not deserve any. I deserve their star for the amount of time and effort I am wasting on these cowboys!
