   Wonderful service from a delightful team. Anthony and his colleagues sold our Wilmslow home quickly and efficiently, and most importantly kept us very well informed all along the way. Special thanks for going to the trouble of taking extra photographs, and the super video, as undoubtedly these helped our property stand out and look its best. Our personal opinion is going the extra mile with the camera work, lovely people skills with us and the buyers, plus a wonderful attitude of ‘nothing is too much trouble’ differentiated this agent from the competition.    Having had little experience of Estate agents for many years I did my research and Jordan & Halstead was one of three I approached for the sale of my late father's house. Cameron was courteous from the start , knowledgeable of the local area and understanding of the wrench of selling our family home of over 50 years. Given the circumstances I wanted to choose a smaller estate agent who offered a more personal touch and i believe he delivered in achieving that. Silly as it may seen i haven't forgotten how he took off his shoes before entering the house and that to me was a sign of someone who would be respectful and courteous in his dealings with me. That proved to be true. Both Cameron and Sue were friendly but professional and showed empathy for the difficult circumstances of the sale which we very much appreciated. Despite to the long probate process which presented a few challenges with the sale and also in turbulent times Cameron consistently kept me updated, chased solicitors etc for us and responded personally and promptly to emails and enquiries. I can highly recommend him and Sue for their professionalism, and friendly not pushy, personal approach and hope they thrive in the Wilmslow area.

   I cannot recommend the team at Jordan Halstead enough, Cameron and Sue consistently went above and beyond, were very patient, always friendly and polite and most of all, fully transparent!! Moving house is so stressful but Jordan Halstead worked with us (and our Buyers) respectfully and with genuine care and attention throughout the process.    I've had a great experience so far with Jordan & Halstead specifically Sophie who I liased with before my viewing, showed me round the apartment and assisted me through the application period. She was kind, patient, flexible, available and knowledgeable an overall lovely person who is a credit to Jordan & Halstead. When Sophie couldn't assist me she was still helpful and referred me to the right people that could help me. Gemma was one of these people who was also, gratefully, kind, professional and worked very timely. I have had very few issues so far with the property and the issues I have had have been fixed promptly and to a high standard. No problems with this Estate Agents so far and would recommend. I'll try and leave a review when my contract come to an end in the future to reflect on that experience too.
