   I purchased a Wilson racket from Racket world in May, by June and after just 4 short games, it had a wobbly handle. I emailed racketworld to ask if I could get a replacement for the faulty racket, they did come back to me after a month and have now promised to replace the racket. A slow response, but a good outcome. thank you racket world

   I went here and there is so much space and there is so little of rackets in there for the space they got. I went there and they said they had everything but they don’t even have clothing’s or some of the most popular rackets. So spacious but nothing in there. Don’t go there no point!

   I bought a racket and it was defective. Racketworld refuse to refund me or replace it. They say they can inspect the racket but I have to pay for shipping cost. Poor customer service

   Do not buy from them. I ordered and received 2 Prince Rebel squash rackets in late May. Received them in early June and both rackets looked OK. I used one to start playing on June 22 and by July 12 barely 2 plus weeks later, the racket broke for no reason. I am a 65 yo social squash player and not a hard hitter. The racket looked brand new but it lasted less than 3 weeks of light use. When I approached Racketworld for a refund or replacement, they were not satisfied with my 2 pictures showing the cracked racket. They said they needed the broken racket back to get the serial no to show to Prince. I sent them back the original order confirmation which would have all the details including the serial no but that's not good enough. Naturally I would have thrown the cracked racket into a bin where it belonged! My daughter bought the same racket from them a year ago and the same thing happened to one of her rackets in less than a few months. It's either Prince has manufacturing quality control issue or Racketworld is selling faked goods. Last time I am buying from them.

   Great service, restrung my racket within 24 hours as it was an emergency. I then ended up purchasing a new racket a few weeks later. Really helpful, will definitely use again, such a great range of rackets to choose from.
