   Awful experience. Had to keep chasing my order as was never contacted to say it was ready. Contacted them 2 days before I needed them and they hadn't engraved as they'd lost what I'd provided for them. So I had to go to the shop, give them new instructions and wait for them to be engraved. Checked my order in my car and no club logos on 2 trophies, even though I order and payed for them 4 weeks prior. Went back into the shop and was told that they had run out of them and the club had put a big order in so they'd all gone on their trophies. I was not told when I collected my order that they were out of stock. Then I was told I would have to wait for mine to come in the following week. Even though I ordered these well in advance, and also needed these for that weekend! So I had to give trophies out without the club logo's on! Then my main trophy was not the one I ordered. Checked my receipt when I got home to confirm, called the shop, to be told the company was probably out of stock and sent an alternative. Again, I was not told any of this when I collected my order. The trophy which I was given was half the size of the one I ordered and did not look similar at all. They then said that if I went into the shop the next week they would order the correct one for me. I called to company who supply them, who said they don't supply alternatives and offer next day delivery. So my only reasoning for this poor service is that they hadn't bothered to take time with my order, check if it was correct, or even order the right products. It was too late to sort new ones as they were needed for a presentation the same weekend, but the shop was shutting at lunch and wouldn't be open the weekend either. They even managed to mess up the trophies that the club had ordered also, so they couldn't even get their order correct. Extremely disappointed.

   3:52 pm today, claiming to be open when it's not with the roller shutters down. Total waist of time and money travelling there

   Web site says open 09:00 to 15:00 went on Saturday 09:45 shop shut, rang phone number no answer hung around till 10:05 till closed. If shop only open mon to Friday would be helpful to update website and google with new business opening times to let customs know.

   TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Such a lack of customer service it was astonishing. If you have to deal with the general public at least try and be nice. Look interested in trying to help people, especially when they want to spend money with you. Alas, I took my customer elsewhere :(

   No wonder there are bad reviews. All I wanted was a football pump. The people on the phone are more important thoghh. Just a I'll be with you in minute would havw been nice
