It was my nephew's party and I took my grandson. The place was utter Chaos. There was big kids in the little part of the area and my grandson was hurt. There was no staff and parents wasn't bothered about their kids
£14.95 for my 23 month old baby!! What!!!! That is insane. The toddler area is tiny and mainly consists of some soft play blocks a slide and a stand on piano that is half broken. Absolutely crazy they’re charging same price as a 13 year old kid going who has use of the massive area suitable to their age. But even when you you sit your little toddlers in the “toddler area” there are 8-10 year old boys in groups of 6 or more launching the babies soft play blocks at each other and knocking over the babies! No one monitors this area and there are always much older kids in the toddler section. Even if the older kids wouldn’t have been in the toddler area there is no way I would ever go here again and pay £15 for my baby to sit with some dirty old soft play blocks. They say they have a sensory room. This is a ball pit in the pitch black that’s it. The bubble machine is broke and has algae in it. And again the sensory room For babies has kids 10+ in fighting each other. Food prices are crazy £11 for a panini! You’d pay that in a good quality cafe not a kids area play centre! Just astronomical prices. It’s not the cleanest either. Wouldn’t go back. Wouldn’t recommend .
Place hasn't changed for the years and years... They've smashed in so many tables you can barely walk to the front to the back. Would avoid. No adult food and prices for snacks are a joke.
My little boy loves it here. I go early though as can get quite busy. The food is tasty too.
Biggest fun place local to us. Easily spend 2 hours for kids to run around and use all that energy up. Food is fresh and tasty. Staff are great. Would recommend. They do parties too.
Absolutely shocking experience. The staff are rude, swearing infront of the children. There was a fight between 2 families whoile we were there and the staff did nothing to help. The play facilities are good, however there were people around us complaining the food was taking an hour to arrive, the staff ignored me while trying to buy a coffee and then swearing loudly with children present. Very over packed, they should have a cap on how many people are allowed in. Not a great experience and I felt very uncomfortable. We left quite quickly.
Way too busy and feels like they've tried to crowd too many tables into the space that they have and found it very difficult to manoeuvre round without apologising to people every two seconds because I'd accidentally bumped into them, their chair/table. Food took ages to arrive and for the price was not anywhere near the standard in comparison to what we've had from other local soft plays. Staff were really lovely, just seemed very overworked/stressed
Good place to take the kids so they can run riot for a couple of hours. Food and drink service fairly quick and reasonably priced.
