The food served is well below expectations. The kids’ spaghetti is most likely canned spaghetti. I’ve seen better in other soft play venues, where children’s meals are made from scratch. It’s a shame

5 stars all around, We booked Jellybeans and hired a party room for my daughters 5th birthday on Saturday 11th October, I can honestly say she felt like a princess start to finish and has none stopped talked about her party ever since. Food was beautiful and the 2 hours we booked run so smoothly all thanks to Alisha, nothing was to much to ask and she was constantly checking in on us making sure we're okay and weather we needed anything. Thanks so much x

I’d leave zero stars if I could! 1 is being generous Dirty place, every single time I’ve taken my children here they’ve ended up ill a couple of days later, here we are again 2 days after visiting and my daughter has been throwing her guts up for the best part of 12 hours now. Never fails! Germ central! Won’t be visiting again, ever. I’ll stick to the outdoors and fresh air with the kids in future regardless of rain. Staff do more standing round and talking than cleaning tables/snack counter. bunch of kids that need training in customer service. No one mans the baby section to make sure older kids don’t enter, I overheard a woman having to approach another parent to let them know their older child had hurt their toddler. There should be a member of staff at the baby section at all times to direct children to their appropriate play areas, but they couldn’t care less. Dirty/sticky Overpriced Lazy staff Dirty toilets Absolutely Disgusting

A great place to go to keep kids entertained and the adults well fed. The food is amazing and the prices are good too especially for the food portions. Honestly would highly recommend jellybeans play centre. Kids have a fabulous time playing all day long with other kids. The place is clean and staff are very attentive. Couldn't fault them.

Entry is reasonably priced. The café is overpriced. £1.50 for a 330ml can of soda at the time of writing! Prompt kitchen service. Definitely on the larger end of play centres. The smaller of the 2 frames is now 4 and under, which seems a bit restrictive given the size of it. Kids always enjoy going here. Plenty of seating.

Wish I'd read the reviews before going. It was massively overpriced for under 2's. I'd be willing to pay £8 for an older child, but for a child that is too young to use the majority of the facilities, it seemed steep. The under 2's area, although sign posted, was full of older kids, one decided to do a flying jump into the ball pit which resulted in him kicking my 1 year old in the back with both feet. We asked the staff to ask the older children to exit the area, and they said they would but didn't. There were children as old as 10 in there! Parents were nowhere in sight. We sat down on our table to have a coffee (which was pretty terrible) and ended up with some random child on our table for 10 minutes just staring us out, probably 2.5 years old, if that. Again, parents are nowhere to be seen. It's such a big place, and the child was so young, how and why are you happy to let them out of your sight for so long?!?! Definitely won't be returning.

Wild place. Expensive £9 for an under 2. There are older kids playing in the under 2 area. This was dangerous as the older kids were jumping around and nearly toppled one of the babies. Several complaints were made by various parents, and nothing was done about it by the management. I would not recommend taking under 2's to this play centre.

I would have given a very worthy 5 star review only for the parking. The car park is way too small for the venue which is the only reason it didn't get the full 5 stars. Jellybeans itself is absolutely fantastic. The kids really enjoyed themselves and the food there is fantastic!! The staff are all great and friendly. The play area is bigger than alot of places and the climbing wall which isn't big really but enough for the kids is a fantastic addition to an all round great play centre for the kids. They just need more parking space and it would then be a massive 5 stars from me and the family

Generally one of the better soft play centres in the areas. Plenty of seating, a dedicated under 1 area (as they constantly keep announcing over one of the speakers), toddler area and one for bigger kids. Adults can easily get involved as there is plenty of head room. They also have a climbing wall which is included for free. There also mini golf and electric go karts but they are not free. Plenty of food and drink to choose from, but pricing but you expect that in these sorts of places. In terms of negatives... Parking is not great, spaces are small and there not enough given the size of the place. They charge for any kid over the age of 1, which is steep considering I came here with my 1, 2 and 10 year old on a Saturday and it cost nearly £20! They should considering better pricing levels instead of free for under 1 and then everyone else! The staff do their best to keep the place clean. But the tables, high chairs and floor in general is horrible. The toilets also stink. Maybe someone should consider cleaning them more often given the number of kids running about! I'd recommend coming early morning or a weekday when they charge less.
