Purchased the 3m hillman golf cage. Was extremely worried after reading the reviews on here. Received the item the day after ordering with next day delivery, all contents present and updated of all tracking. Anyone buying similar I'd advise build from the ground up! Thanks guys, brilliant item and very fast delivery.

I have ordered a treadmill which was delivered yesterday, the oil container under the motor cover came broken and had been leaking. called and was cut off and then called back and the line said there was an issue and to use the contact form. I did this and received a response from Ryan which I replied to within minutes however I have not received any further communication about whether I will get a replacement. I have sent several emails and considering there phone lines are not working I would expect a response quickly but it has been impossible to speak with anyone! Very disappointed so far.

Title: A Nightmare Christmas: UK Sports Imports' Atrocious Pool Table Experience Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I recently purchased a pool table from UK Sports Imports, and my experience can be best described as a Christmas catastrophe. From the moment the package arrived, it was abundantly clear that this product was an abysmal representation of both quality and customer service. Torn Felt Nightmare: The first indication of trouble was the torn felt on one corner of the pool table. The damage was not a minor cosmetic flaw; it significantly impacted the playing surface and compromised the aesthetics of the entire table. This blatant oversight in quality control is unacceptable. Missing Screws and Unlevelable Table: To add insult to injury, the pool table was delivered with four missing screws, rendering it impossible to level, raise, or lower. This not only hindered the gaming experience but also posed a serious safety concern. It's inconceivable that such a basic assembly requirement was neglected, casting doubt on the company's commitment to delivering functional products. Warped Pocket Protectors: The plastic pocket protectors provided were warped and ill-fitting. The result was pockets that failed to securely hold the balls, leading to an infuriating and chaotic gaming experience. It's evident that the lack of attention to detail in the manufacturing process is a recurring theme with this product. Faulty Ball Return System: Adding to the list of disappointments, the ball return system was dysfunctional. Rather than smoothly guiding the balls back to the players, they unceremoniously tumbled onto the floor after each pocketing. This not only disrupted the flow of the game but also created an unnecessary mess. Flimsy Pool Cues: The pool cues supplied with the table fell apart after just one practice break. This is indicative of a severe lack of durability and craftsmanship. A pool table is a long-term investment, and the inability of the cues to withstand even minimal use is a glaring flaw. Appalling Customer Service: Attempting to seek resolution for these issues was an exercise in frustration. UK Sports Imports' customer service was shockingly unresponsive, indifferent, and unhelpful. Communication was virtually non-existent, leaving customers stranded with defective products and unresolved concerns. Terrible Trustpilot Reviews: A glance at the Trustpilot reviews for UK Sports Imports reflects a pattern of dissatisfaction and disappointment shared by numerous customers. It's disheartening to see a company consistently failing to meet the expectations of its customers, yet seemingly indifferent to the negative feedback. In light of this horrendous experience, I am pursuing a complaint with the relevant trade associations to bring attention to the substandard quality of products and the abysmal customer service provided by UK Sports Imports. I would strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this company unless they are seeking disappointment and frustration this holiday season. I have considered legal action but they are not worth the breath.

Fine until you have a warranty issue. Then appalling customer service beware. Will tell you to repair a treadmill yourself (belt and motor) despite advertising parts and labour warranty.

I'm a returner to golf. Over the years I've bought two electric trolleys from UK Sport Imports and on both occasions I've received great service. It was risky buying a non mainstream brand but the trolleys are excellent, robust and fold down well. Both of mine have been 18 hole batteries but I've played 27 holes and never been let down, even on very hilly courses abroad. I'd buy from then again for sure. Finally, they've been in business near Shenstone for a very long time, through recessions and Covid but still succeed - that must mean they're getting something right.

I was hesitant to buy from this company with the state of reviews, they were offering trampoline for £50 over market price and I bought it because it had a warranty on the frame for 5 years. I had some issues with the trampoline after about a year. The mat was torn and I had a spring go into my leg (causing a big hole). I contacted customer services and they were helpful at first, even sending me a new jump mat that was out of warranty as a gesture of good faith. However, once I took the trampoline apart ALL of the structure was broken - it had split the metal in several places - so I contacted them again. I spent 1 hour and half on the phone (over 40 minutes on hold at one point) - was made promises by customer service that they would make right the situation and that the parts would arrive in two days. When they didn't, I got an email saying it would be a WEEK or so before they would even be sent out. In total, I spoke to 6 different people, all with varying attitudes and all of whom didn't communicate with one another or make notes about what parts I needed. So, I had to explain each time (over the phone and through email) which parts I needed. In the end, the parts weren't sent out so I ended up driving over an hour to pick them up myself because I couldn't stand one more phone call or email to anyone from this company any longer. They get two stars, because eventually I got the parts I needed but only because I went to get them myself. Would I recommend this company? No. There is ZERO communication between the members of that office. The customer service team are polite but they make promises that they don't keep and get sassy at you when you call them out for failing to send out parts they promised would arrive that day. Technically, my trampoline frame is under warranty for another 3 years but I will NEVER contact this company again. I'd rather buy a new one then have to go through this again. I wouldn't use them.

SHOCKED! So I ordered the bike and then read all the reviews and started to panic. However, I ordered the bike on the Friday, got an email on the Monday and it arrived on the Tuesday! Really easy to put together, good quality for the price and I am really pleased. Perhaps Covid created a lot of problems but I'm a happy customer.
