Paid twice the holidays, and still didn't get the offer I paid. No convinced any explanation the given if any.Needed book other holidays, thr same but more expensive. TUI should cover the difference, but it looks they won't and I will need fill a official customer claim

Wonderful holiday arranged by TUI Crossgates for us. We were kept fully informed during booking and in the lad up to the holiday. The flight was comfortable and we were well looked after on board. First rate Hotel at the RIU Penninsula all arranged by Laura Rhodes at TUI Crossgates. We were very well looked after during the booking by TUI. We were so well looked after by Laura, we booked another holiday with Laura at TUI Crossgates for Greece in 2025.
The ladies at this branch are wonderful, just booked again, these bookings by phone with Laura but equally impressed a few weeks ago when I did other bookings with Claire, tons better than using online, lots of help, thank you so much Claire and Laura

Big shout out to all the girls at the cross gates branch . Always book with you and you always go that extras mile . Took my grand children to Lapland in December for the first time and wasn’t sure what to expect and what trips would be best as they were only 4 . The information , knowledge and support they gave me was excellent . Hence we had the most memorable holiday ever. Thanks.
Called in to Tui Crossgates today and spoke to Anna, just needed some information on entries to Cyprus and Greece, not a problem, sorted it all out within minutes and when we asked for a quote for a holiday in Cuba for next year, hey presto, got the information in a couple of seconds. Nothing is too much trouble for Anna or any of the staff in this store. Keep up the fantastic work.
I stupidly booked through an online retailer to go away during Covid. They were horrible to deal with, hours worth of phone queues and unhelpful, unfriendly service. By chance I called into TUI Crossgates for our holiday money and what a different experience by miles!! Friendly, helpful and nothing was too much. They went above and beyond and all the process for ordering our cash was very clear with upfront info on how we could change back and what its costs. Excellent team, especially Claire who was a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to help me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
