   I spoke with Kasia, the Store Manager today when booking a family holiday. She was very informative and knowledgeable about the holiday locations we had in mind and this attention to detail will really improve our experience. She was able to share her professional opinion about the locations we were considering which helped us to come to our final holiday decision. She also managed to beat the online price we'd found for the deal so it was definitely worth speaking to her!!!

   A very nice and helpful experience with regard to booking my holiday. Megan was very helpful with regard to choosing dates and hotel options. The help offered saved me £200 with various discounts applied to my city break. She also offered options with regard to travel money and insurance which was also very reassuring. Very good service across the board.

   Went to the store on Sunday. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They had all the information that I needed and was very helpful. We booked the holiday on Tuesday by phone. Was never under pressure to book a holiday. Can't thank the people in the store enough. Would highly recommend this store.

   Booked 3 holidays with Fay recently from this branch. Fay goes above and beyond and thinks outside of the box to ensure that you get the holiday you want. Nothing if ever too much trouble for a “fussy and demanding” customer. Fay is also very knowledgable and if she is unsure, she will find out the answer for you. I have been kept upto date with any flight changes and changes to entry rules at designation, what a great service from Fay at TUI. Thank you so much for all your help!

   Amazing service from this store, especially from Alex who is very knowledgeable. Super friendly staff and they make you feel welcome as soon as you enter. You even get offered a lovely hot drink whilst you wait. I would definitely recommend this store to all friends and family. I would not book anywhere else now and will continue using this branch. Thank you for all your help and I look forward to my family holiday later this year
