    Always a pleasure dealing with the staff at TUI pontefract. Been using the shop since the days of Thompson holidays and Britannia Airways when it was called Lunn Polly ( yes I'm that old ). Never feel rushed in trying to make a decision on various aspects of making a booking and their personal knowledge of places they themselves have visited can be really helpful. This proved especially so last March when booking a Marrella Caribbean cruise. Knowledge of the ship Marrella Voyager, best cabin choice, and best excursions to suit us at our age ( fossils ). Always good to visit and book especially as I detest doing anything on the interweb so thank God your there and hope you continue to be so for many years to come. Thanks for everything you do to help us get our holidays sorted.

    We visited the tui Pontefract store for some ideas for a wedding package abroad for me and my fiancé and we wasn’t disappointed. We was looking at the brochures and had no clue what would be the best package was for us. I want to thank one of the girls in the store Kim for the idea she gave us and advice about what deals would be best for us. Highly recommended the store and the staff and most of all Kim amazing work thank you. We will be definitely returning and using Kim again x

    I wouldn’t normally write reviews but after the service I received I felt I needed to pass on my thanks to Olivia. I am a seasoned traveller yet my partner hasn’t been abroad often. I explained this to your excellent staff member. Immediately she put my partner at ease and explained what she would be doing. This allowed me to basically take a back seat and allow my partner to have an excellent 1-1 conversation. I have booked numerous holiday and have to say that this one felt by far the most personal experience I have had. This young lady has a very bright future and is an asset to your company.
