   The best travel service I have ever received! I usually research and book our holidays online myself. This time I wanted to go somewhere we'd never been to before so decided to use Holidays by Design for their knowledge and seeing the good reviews online. It was fast and seamless with friendly, excellent customer service. I called to give them an overview of destination, budget, accommodation type and talked through the sort of places we'd stayed and enjoyed previously. They made an initial package idea for us within 2 days (having stayed at one of the hotels themselves so came with a personal recommendation) and it was exactly what we were looking for. We had the most stress free wonderful 10 days in Corfu, they checked us into our flights and even emailed saying they had been checking our flight times, as there had been a storm the day before we were due to fly. Our flight was an early one so this attention to detail was really beyond my expectation of customer service! We are absolutely sold on using them for our future holidays!

   Jo and Nat arranged an amazing adventure for us. We went on an Intrepid trip through Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore, followed by a relaxing week in Bali. Jo and Nat sorted everything for us including all our hotels, flights, the tour, transfers and visas. They were absolutely brilliant and we will use them again.

As a solo traveller, I was a little nervous about booking for myself but within 24 hours of contacting Nathalie she had found me a perfect my holiday, reasonably priced and cheaper than I had found it online which included my transfer and baggage.    We used this company to book our flights to America & Canada earlier in the year. Jo found us a really good deal which we were delighted with. As like most people, we have been unable to travel and I have to say, Nathalie has gone out of her way to ensure we got our money refunded once the BA flight was cancelled. We can't thank her enough and have no hesitation in recommending their services. We will definitely book with them again when we're finally allowed to travel.
