   Came here today, we sat in the play area it was okay..drinks and service was good and quick but the food. No. Absolutely not. I ordered 2 chicken tikka maslas one came looking normal until we noticed the second one was darker and it most definitely was not chicken and more like beef or lamb which wasn't even an option on the menu. One more thing was when we told the lady behind the till she was in denial and was sure it was chicken (it really wernt) then the chef came out with the PACKET that the food came out off showing us the ingrediants (didn't help). Then we got a refund and was pretty much told we were wrong. Great customer service guys keep it up! (Lies.) Was sure the food was either out of date. NEVER AGAIN!!

   Hosted a party here for my son’s 5th birthday and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. They made the whole event run smoothly and were fantastic with parents and kids alike. Thank you Luke and Ryan for helping make his birthday so special ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   so after we had are food went over to the play area to let my little lad blow some steam, walk in with my pint not greeted with a "oh can you be able to pour your glasses in these plastic cups please " got a pour into this with a snotty look, I understand if he is having a bad day then fair enough but when you are greeting customers it should be done in a way to make the customer feel welcomed, ball pit balls looked gritty, also there was a group of people who brought the dog in, I would understand if it was a guide dog then fair enough but there was no indication that this was a guide dog as it did not have a harness or anything, only thing I would say is, that the service was below average and for health and safety they should not allow animals in unless it is for a service user who rely solely on the animal for guidance

   Simply giving a 5 star for your member of staff Daniel we went today (Tuesday) and the place was ram packed Daniel was rushed off his feet so you can imagine how unpleasant it was for him when a member of staff from the bar shouted at him for not collecting the food quick enough which is pretty uncalled for considering he was working alone. Daniel is an absolute pleasure to deal with he’s very welcoming and polite and he’s a credit to your company.

   Really great concept for people with young Children. Grab a drink from the bar, get a table next to a large play area and let your kids free to enjoy themselves while you take a break. Very well priced children menu and a great menu for adults. Eat, drink, relax. I recommend it to anyone with kids aged 2-10.

   Worth a visit with kids and nice pub food next door, so best of both worlds! Had several birthday parties here (my kids not me) and they always make a fuss and ensure a great time had by all... Amply parking outside and handy location.
