We visited the store yesterday and booked a family holiday to Croatia. Linda helped us decide which hotel to choose and was incredibly helpful and friendly. Usually we book holidays online, but it was such an easy and enjoyable experience to visit the store in person. Thanks for your help Linda!!!
Just booked our first cruise, and Linda couldn't have been more helpful, explained everything, what to expect etc. Other family members also booked, we don't live in the area, and did everything over the phone. Linda was superb throughout the process. Thanks
I have recently booked another trip to Florida and we are very familiar with the area, however we were looking for a hotel that would be a little more relaxing on park , "off-days" and provide us with several rooms within the accommodation to give us a little more privacy. We did not want a villa as we still wanted to enjoy hotel facilities. Amanda was immediately able to recommend the The Grove Resort & Water Park which looks amazing. We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, the hotel has several bars and restaurants and we are still within close proximity to the attractions. Many thanks for all your hard work Amanda.
Great support from the TUI ladies as usual! Booked a cruise for my family and I to celebrate a special birthday next year. Emma was exceptional in sorting it all out, supported by Elland. Great team in the TUI Harrogate shop, always pleasant and helpful.
We recently visited the store to book a holiday with our newborn baby to Mexico. Naturally, I was very nervous about many aspects of a holiday with a baby which was putting me off booking. Immediately Amanda helped me resolve all of my worries and offered practical solutions. She helped us book our holiday keeping In mind all of the adjustments we’d need for our baby. Her service was exceptional, we had a laugh at the same time. She even went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable to breastfeed my baby during the appointment. And then because I wouldn’t stop talking we were running out on the parking so she whizzed through the final bits of the booking. I couldn’t recommend Amanda enough. Knowledgeable about the area, super helpful and made it all round a wonderful experience. Thanks Amanda I feel so much more confident after dealing with you in the tui store! 12/10!!
The girls at Tui Harrogate were just brilliant! We were on a budget and wanted to stretch it as far as we could, the staff were really helpful and paid lots of attention to detail, completely stress free definitely will come back for my next holiday!
Terrific in-store team, they work together well and share information so matter who you talk with they know my personal preferences. Fantastic Service. We went in with a very vague idea of what we wanted but more about what we didn't want. Amanda was extremely knowledgeable and amazing help. We only went to try get some more idea's but booked a great holiday with confidence. Out of curiosity I've since looked elsewhere and couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else.
