A bigger shop than my local one so had my item in stock. Easy to get too, ample parking. Friendly staff.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Toolstation. The customer service was absolutely terrible — the staff were not only rude and unhelpful, but I was also treated in a way that felt blatantly racist. I was spoken to with disrespect, ignored when I asked for help, and made to feel completely unwelcome. No one should have to deal with this kind of treatment, especially in a place of business. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to take their money elsewhere. Toolstation needs to seriously address their staff training and customer service standards — this was unacceptable.
Last Sunday I was visiting this shop for last time due to opening hour at 10am,sorry but all other shop around you is opening at 9am.Also I have to admit that toolstation as the shop still running they business as we live in 20th century, you have to wright all the codes for products on paper and you can't check if they have your item in stock,you will find out after standing in the queue for 10-20 minutes to find out that they don't have your item in stock....Toolstation-waiste of time and poor service in general. They are always short of staff and long queues to checkout. I wouldn't recommend visiting this shop if you value your time and money,better next door shop with a bigger range of products and quick checkout .
I've had the same experience in this Brentford branch the young male manager attitude is really bad I now go to screwfix if I'm in the area
Fast Service, easy click and collect, pick on arrival no issues friendly staff, good park with easy access good location. Always reasonable prices

Very poor service I’ve put a lot of trade there was with my company and the staff definitely need to get a grip with manners .to there customers . will definitely not be using them again and will be closing my account unprofessional staff that need to learn how to speak to people
Very helpful staff here. I ordered a heavy toilet online. On the collection day I asked if they can take it to my car. The staff not only took it to my car, he also helped me put it in the boot.
