Reasonably priced, cleanliness was ok but could do with a deep clean. All children seemed to be enjoying the place and having a good time.
Took my two girls here for a playdate. Staff were so lovely and accommodating, in particular Danielle and Paula! - Thanks!! The place was very clean! Staff were seen to be clearing tables and the floor was hoovered several times whilst we were there. Was really busy when we arrived but food was brought out in a timely manner and was lovely! My girls had a fab time. Will definitely be back! Thank you!
Staff are not welcoming at all, I hadn't even stepped into the door and shes telling me I cant come in with a Redbull I was still standing at the door getting the kids in. Then went to order drinks to which I was greeted by a not so happy lady with no customer service at all. A drink had been left at a table to which this same lovely lady snapped at me is that yours! Very very outdated play area things where broken, the green slide is not safe at all. Children where playing with the push along toys and the same lovely lady was going behind tbem all putting them to the sides. Most of the kids where left to just get on with it no supervision at all. Staff standing watching kids run up the slides no socks on. Do not recommend at all.
Avoid, no gates to keep children inside so they run out into the tables toys are filthy covered in dirt high chairs was greasy and bits of food left on them havent been cleaned after use it’s not like the place was busy either it was empty!!!! Food was over priced once I got the food I ate it and went home straight away wernt letting my child anywere in that filth ! Place looks like it’s never had a clean discusting will be going to the places I usually go from now on what are clean, avoid
here for a kids party. kids enjoying themselves on the indoor playgym. wide range of snacks food and drink available l. happy friendly staff. place is very clean. currently austism friendly hour so there is less loud noise and distractions. decently priced with party packages available. no dedicated parking but some spots available.
A very fun place for younger kids to have fun and spend some time. Helpful and amazing staff, Nice food options and the prices are quite reasonable as well.
There was absolutely crowded. We booked a slot by phone and supposed to been empty and clean/ sanitise for next slot but at the time we add on the previous guys. Although we done temperature and each table has had hand sanitiser but our table was sticky and dirty , couple times I asked for cleaning but they were too busy to do so. No social distance No supervision for adult to take their shoes off and ....... To protect myself and my family I have never back again.
