   Another great year at Zippy's. We have been going now for 8 years to see Santa. It is always amazing and so personalised. We look forward to going every year and really enjoy our little tradition. The staff are so friendly and make it really special for the children. Santa himself is fantastic. So funny and really chats with the children, making it special and each visit individual. Thank you again, for helping us make such wonderful memories.

   Have just been to Zippy’s this morning to visit Santa, such a magical experience! Every single member of staff were lovely but the elf & santa especially were absolutely amazing and the best we have ever visited. There was no rushing us in & out, we had time to make reindeer food, play with snow & the lovely elf even took plenty of photos for us. The grotto is great & the gifts of Santa were also amazing. Soft play & the food is also really good. Will 100% be coming again. Thanks so much - Cait & Albie

   Me and my friend took our 2 little girls today to see Santa and it was amazing. Santa was soo good and his elf. They got a lovely book, a Teddy and a chocolate Santa as the present from Santa. They also got a colouring book and pens and a lovely meal with a drink aswell as the soft play for 22 pound. They also made reindeer food for Rudolph to take home with them. It was worth every penny and Leanna was very friendly too. We always visits zippys throughout the year but this is the first Christmas experience we have booked. The grotto and Santa was very good and the list they wrote to Santa is really detailed and Santa asks about your pets and what u would like for Christmas ect. 5 stars from us

   Been here a number of times during the week and always had a good experience. Visited on the weekend and was really disappointed by the attitudes of the team working, none of them interacted in a friendly, welcoming manner, especially the woman on the desk checking visitors in who was abrupt and rude, barely making eye contact. The facilities themselves are good, great soft play and clean baby change facilities. But service is completely lacking even the basics, so I would say not to expect anything on that front. Wouldn’t rush back based on feeling uncomfortable just for being there.

   We have been coming to Zippy's since my little one was born 5 years ago. Today we attended for the Grotto which was just outstanding. The elves and Santa go above and beyond to make the experience magical. Best Grotto experience around. Thank you Zippy's.

   My daughter had her 3rd birthday party here on Saturday. Meg was brilliant from start to finish. Thanks so much for making her day so lovely. All the kids enjoyed themselves. Thanks Meg you actually got involved with the games and dancing too which is really nice. We’ve been to a few soft play session and it’s always spotlessly clean. Highly recommend. Thanks again

   This is one of the most cleanest soft plays in the area, zippys never fails to disapoint. You can tell standards are high. We booked last minute soft play session on Sunday and realised we could also add on the grotto for an extra £10 on top of soft play session. We decided why not. Upon arrival, the we were given some paper to fill in the kids name, age and what they want for Christmas, this had a time slot on the top for you to make your way when it's your turn to see santa. The kids are escorted by an elf through a little magical winter wonderland, she encourages them to touch and play with the snow balls. They are then taken through to santa and he plays magic tricks with them, pulls coins out their ears and talks about what they want. They then get to open a drawer each and get the 3 items that are inside, a teddy, book and selection box. It's nice that they get a handful of gifts, the kids absolutely loved this, they were buzzing! My 5 year old son said it was the best day ever. Thank you for the magical experience!

   My daughter had her 7th birthday party with Zippys and Laser storm Chester. What can I say? Wow! What an experience. From start to finish everything was just perfect! Callum and the team made everything special, from the initial introduction to the final goodbyes. The laser storm element was epic! The children loved it (and the adults too!) the games were simple for all the guests to understand, they listened well to the rules and everything went mostly to plan (you always have a few tears but they soon turned into smiles) the party lights and UV lights were also brilliant! I made sure we had some face paint on to better the experience and it was just awesome! The food was tasty, the party room dressed well and glow sticks came with the package too. The venue cut the cake for us and portioned for each party bag. We also got sweet cones for each guest and I added balloons on a stick too which were well priced. From start to finish it was the most stress free experience for me as a parent as the team made sure everything was in order. Thank you so much for an amazing party and we will most certainly book again after such a positive experience. You guys have exceeded my expectations and also all our guests too. Thank you again.

   The most brilliant childrens birthday party! My 7 year old son had his 'best birthday ever' thanks to Hayley, Callum and the team. We really cant thank them enough. Everything was perfectly organsied, spotlessly clean and all the children had so much fun...UV lights, laser quest, chocolate fountain, soft play etc. Callum and the team were amazing with the children and the venue and balloons were incredible thanks to Hayley (style my balloons on instagram). We will definitely be back for more birthdays! thank you so much for making it so special xx
