Went last night and the staff were excellent engaging with the kids making the overall experience exciting and fun. The rope ladder seemed to be a huge draw for the kids. Fantastic place with a good vibe.

Booked an after school play for my children and a few friends as she didn't want a big party, staff we're fab and made her feel special. Very accommodating! Pizza was great and nothing was too much trouble! Thanks so much guys!

Had my little boys 5th birthday party here today. We had the UV party which was really good. The party host think her name was Ella was lovely so kind and caring. All the staff were really friendly, plenty of food and drinks for the kids and the party room was really nicely decorated. Would highly recommend! Plenty of seating upstairs for parents and wasn’t too busy in there. Lots of different activities to do instead of just jumping. Couldn’t of asked for a better party. Thankyou!

Awful place DO NOT VISIT!!! Manager Paul is so rude and humiliating he has ZERO customer service skills he shouted at me in front of my kids and was following me round and harrassing me in front of my children. The staff are rude and they wont let you in without air hop branded socks, this is not communicated on their website so we brought our own trampoline socks, this is never an issue at any other trampoline park but they make it an issue here!! my kids were told rudely to get off and get the air hop socks they also made my son go and get another wrist band despite the fact his sister had it on. When we went to go swap the socks and came back on the manager rudely accused me of stealing the air hop socks despite his own staff telling me to swap them. They don’t allow under 4s on (which I’ve never known at any other trampoline park) My 2 year old was too young to go on so I watched my older kids with her at the side , at one point I was told off for allowing her to stand with one foot on a crash mat, saying she can’t use the equipment because I hadn’t paid for her. I didn’t know standing on a crash mat was using the equipment!!. There is a metal chain across the entrance to the trampolines and there’s a young girl stood there ‘policing it’ she shouted ‘get off!!’ really nastily to some kids at the end of their session which was totally unnecessary. At one point this same girl refused to let me in with my 2 year old despite me holding her and despite the fact my other kids were in there on the trampolines, I ignored her and walked in anyway and she gave me a dirty look and started to talk on her walkie talkie about me to another staff member. The staff walk round with walkie talkies talking to eachother about customers and make you feel so uncomfortable and harrassed. My kids hated it and also felt uncomfortable and harrassed by the staff. My kids were told to get off about 3 times and they are such well behaved kids. They totally kill any fun, the place was dead in the middle of the summer holidays and I can totally see why. All the staff act like they don’t want any customers in there. Vile place vile staff we won’t be back, there are many other friendly fun trampoline parks in the area that are nothing like this and we will continue going to these instead

Attended the SEND session recently and although it is a good size, fun place to be. The behaviour of the staff did sour our experience somewhat. I completely understand the need to have rules for the safety of everyone but in a SEND session with reduced numbers I would trust me as a parent to not bounce my child across the room or do anything that will harm them. Not to mention that the repeated, although polite reminders about this rule or that, just saps the fun out of it and puts me on edge having to watch over my shoulder to see if I am doing things right or not. Then on top of that I have to try and impose those rules onto my SEND child which is just even more difficult. My point is, if a child has a responsible adult with them maybe trust that person to know what they can or can't do. We already signed a waiver so it is on us at that point in my opinion. Anyway. There is plenty of free parking outside and there is a lift up to the site which is on upstairs otherwise so it is wheelchair accessible. Inside there is a good size trampoline area, a big bouncy castle site and a really cool bouncy football court thing as well as an air bag. If your child likes bouncing this place will keep them entertained for a reasonable price. I would still recommend giving this place a go if you want, it is good but I think the staff could use a bit more common sense when it comes to the application of rules to strike a better balance between letting people have fun and keeping people safe. Right now there is too much on the side of safety and it saps all the fun out of it.

Clean and tidy and what you would expect from a venue like this. Kids party events are run by young staff with little or no interaction or communication skills. Been to a few of these kids party events here and I've always seen parents chasing staff for more food as some kids haven't been given anything or the parents in general have to do the work. You are given for example a hot dog in front of you, a bowl of crisps and a slush drink. The staff then disappear, no music no atmosphere, simply not worth booking or spending money. I've not seen one child come out of there feeling like they were glad they had their party there. It's like a conveyor belt, all in, given minimal fuss and off you go. Very poor. Feedback based on multiple trips.

Went to a kids party today, a staff member Liam couldn’t do enough for me. Watched over my toddler whilst I was managing my other baby and also enjoying chatting to other mums, ensured my curious toddler was safe at all times around the steps, got him a drink in case he was thirsty, found him when I thought I couldn’t see him for a moment, played with him, brought my buggy up the stairs, brought my forgotten items (shoes and baby sling) from downstairs upstairs to the party room before I even realised I had left them downstairs!!! Just so kind, helpful, genuine… and made being at the party with a toddler and my newborn baby completely manageable. I thought he deserved a big shout out as well as a great venue. Thanks!!
