Great for the kids, super service, great food but other than the lovely blonde lady the staff look sooo unhappy, they never smile. It’s a difficult place to work but smiling goes a long way.
I’m not one for leaving reviews ever. But the past few weeks that we have been the monkey house on a rainy weekend my babies have been hit, pushed, jumped on and balls thrown at by older children in the baby section! Parents are no where in sight and when you tell staff they pull a face. It’s unfair on the little kids/babies that are playing nicely and are being hurt in the process! It’s such a waste of money and time as we always leave early due to this. There should be staff manning the play areas during peak times.
Went today for the first time, we're visiting family and wanted to go to a place for the kids to enjoy and run around for a bit. We went there later in the day and we were welcomed by the two girls at the front. They were lovely and really helpful. Thank you :)
One of the cleanest soft play we've ever been to. Staff are absolutely wonderful. Free entertainer on Thursday afternoon is a bloody brilliant extra and the kids adore her!
We've been many times here with my 2 kids. Unfortunately every single time without fail.. my kids have always been extremely ill after visiting. One of my kids is violently sick again after visiting on Thursday last week.. Staff are always so lovely, and everytime I've been they're making sure the dining area is always clean and tidy etc. Just a shame about the actual soft play and the germs. Unfortunately we won't be returning due to the reassurance of illness.

We had a lovely play here. It was so clean, the cleanest I've seen a softplay. The staff are lovely and I love the under 3 bit. We had sausage butties which were lovely and it's not expensive compared to some in the local area.
Great price for the kids, especially during the cost of living crisis. Food is very tasty and reasonably priced. My daughter loves it here and can't wait for her birthday party at Monkey House in June. Keep up the great work, all the staff I've been served by here are great.
Very well kept and maintained, clean!! Toilets smell of Bleach, tables aren't sticky, can always get a seat, reasonably priced I don't feel like I'm being robbed, food is good, we usually have breakfast or coffee and cake. Staff are always pleasent and helpful. Keep doing what you're doing
Lovely atmosphere, safe and secure. Plenty for the children to do and inclusive of entertainer on certain days. Food is lovely and so are the staff. Prices very good, cheaper than most places locally. Would definitely recommend to parents looking for a play area.
