Just taken my 3 year old grandson to the Christmas picnic with Santa... absolutely delightful! He then went up to a magical grotto to meet the man himself and a lovely Mrs Claus. Very friendly and chatty. A lot of thought and effort has obviously gone into setting it all up. Well worth the money!

I celebrated my son Daniel’s 8th birthday at Crazy Town and it was absolutely amazing! The place was clean, safe and full of fun activities for the kids. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. All the children had a fantastic time, and the customer service was honestly outstanding. Thank you, Crazy Town, for making Daniel’s birthday so special. Highly recommended!

I'm a regular at Crazy Town and have been bringing my 2 kids here for over a year now and had both their parties here. Everything about this play centre is 10/10!!!! The food is lovely, amazing coffees with a local brand supplier, the place is by far the cleanest play centre compared to some that i've taken my kids to. Overall the prices are reasonable, you get what you pay for and if you want to pay for a high quality play centre for your kids, i can't recommend this place enough. My kids love it, they won't go anywhere else !!!!!!!

To be honest, we have visited quite a few soft play facilities and this was the least enjoyable experience. The facility overall felt very run down and dirty. We spent our time in the toddler (under 3) area and a couple of different things were broken (the hopscotch light and the wooden wall puzzle) and a lot of the mats were visibly ripping/peeling, with the exposed floor underneath showing lots of dirt and dust. The walls behind the play enclosure were extremely dirty with big visible clumps of dust everywhere (see photos). In addition, although we were there during “toddler time” there were a lot of older kids running around in the under 3 area which just felt chaotic, unsafe and unorganized. I won’t return, but I do hope you can resolve some of these issues.

Love this playbarn for children. It's absolutely massive inside. Food isn't too bad. Prices are a but high but if you come after school hours on a weekday you get a child's meal ticket free with admission which is pretty handy and saves you some money. Ive visited multiple times and would happily return.

Visited a lot over the past few years. The kids love it, but sometimes it's not practical with the time slots. Would definitely be there more if the times slots were more varied. Other than that decent place

It was just after they opened for the day so it was still a bit chilly in there but then it is a big place to heat, anyway the kids didn't seem to notice. It was the breakfast with Santa special on the day of our visit and cost £15. The kids "breakfast" consisted of a small cupcake, a chocolate biscuit, a drink and 5 pieces of fruit but hey, our grandson did get to meet Santa ☹. A bit expensive for what you get. There is a bit of a safety issue in that all of the tables have sharp corners at just the right height to catch the face of a running toddler, no issues with the rest of the place though as everything is well padded.

Fantastic Halloween party event! Lots of characters, amazing staff and great prizes. There is lots of freebies for the kids and they all enjoyed it. Going to book my kids birthday party here for sure! It’s super clean, cleaned after every session and party. Can’t fault it .
