It would appear Wigan Council have introduced parking charges so not only do you pay to attend a show your charged for parking. £5 a car. Safe to safe false advertising as plastered all over websites it stipulates complimentary parking. Yet another reason to not go into Wigan
I use the edge quite alot ( been to a number of tribute acts - came last week to watch ABBA with my grandaughters - and this week with friends to watch Elvis - will be my last visit !!!! Booked months ago - on website said ample FREE parking - heard on grapevine that in January would be charging - guess what ! they decided to charge tonight when LOADS of people had to que for ages at the SINGLE machine - apparently they have 2 but one broke on day of installation!! Then when you've queued for 20 mins you get in and que for another 20 mins to get a drink as postcode isn't open !!! To say it spoilt our night is an understatement- no pre warning as to parking -COME ON THE EDGE GET YOUR PRIORITIES RIGHT !!!
Great facility close to Wigan Pier. Can be tricky to turn off two-lane road when traffic moving at 30mph (and more!). Large car park, but often full due to number of office workers on site. Large, welcoming cafe.
Fantastic night watching Man in the Mirror. If you're a Michael Jackson fan this is a must watch. CJ was incredible. I would definitely recommend seeing him and I would go again!❤️
A great venue space with some lovely staff! I attended Stationary Fest here and everything was very well organised.
Great theatre good acoustics and layout Great cafe next door. Would defo go again.
Lovely experience at the Christmas Market this year. Enjoyed a bite to eat and a coffee at Post Code cafe.
What a venue, the staff are fantastic too, and the onsite cafe is lovely and warm with lovely choices of hot and cold drinks with cakes and food.
Been here today with work. What a venue! Lovely place, very clean, great facilities and the staff are so helpful! Jen really helped us out. Thanks guys xx
A fantastic venue we went to see Mr Rob Lamberti on the 10th June 2022 and it was absolutely fantastic. The place is gorgeous and the show was amazing. We will definitely be back.
