   Overall we had an amazing experience. Our transfer service experience was absolutely brilliant. Communication was clear and timely throughout, and the cars arrived right on schedule. The vehicles were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The drivers were extremely helpful and made the entire journey smooth and stress-free. Hotels were both amazing and very close to the haram, as we were with the kids this was extremely important. Thank you so much — we would definitely recommend their services!

   I have to definitely recommend sadaemadina, I have used them in the passed but this time I was a little worried travelling with the children but Mashalalh they sorted my visa much cheaper than the website and my hotel where both lovely mashallah Madina and Makkah. Taxi going from place to place was a big vip van was amazing kids use to fall asleep in the back plenty space. In Madina we had saja hotel and Makkah was Makkah tower both amazing and definitely recommend with kids and definitely planning to come again using the same hotel inshallah. All planned and organised my the lovely usamah mashallah may Allah bless him and his family Ameen

   I was planning on performing umrah and needed a visa for my spouse. I contacted Sade-E-Madina (rather late at night!) for a quote. I received a prompt reply and was advised they could arrange this for me, however advised the most cost effective way would be to obtain a visa on arrival. I was extremely grateful for the honest advice as they easily could have charged me but instead provided free advice that would not benefit them financially at all. Jazakallah for this. I will certainly use this company in the future inshallah.

   Assalmualaykum warahmatullah wabarakathu. I went for umrah on the 19th of december for 12 days with my wife and two boys. 5 days in Makkah and 5 days in Madinah. we had the best experience with sada e madinah. very well organised very professional. everything was absolutely fantastic from the start to finish. the travel the hotel the breakfast and the whole experience. They were very helpful in any questions and support that we needed so i want to say JAZAKALLAH KHAIR. I met a very wonderful brother Ismail who helped us with our first umrah. my wife and children absolutley loved his very kind and humble advice and approach a big thank you. i would recommend sada e madina to everyone once again jazakallah khair.

   Had an amazing time Alhamdulillah. The group was very well organised, service was exceptional and food choice was brilliant. The hotels were basic but it was expected. Locations were good and not much waiting around for lifts especially in comparison to the experience some people we know had in certain 5 star hotels. It took us less time to get to the masjid even though others were much closer. Wanted a clean hotel, insect free, decent food and decent location and we believe we got that Alhamdulillah. Overall very happy with Sada e Madina. Would definitely recommend them to others. Special mention to Ismail Bhai Simjee for his communication throughout. Very thorough, no sugar coating and always available. Also usama for his behind the scenes organisation, and also Sheikh Mansur for his khidmat.(Especially during the 5 days of Hajj). The people we had in the group were amazing too and made this journey that extra bit special. Will not ever forget this experience. Jzk to all that made this journey unforgettable.    Hajj 2019, Alhumdullilah what an amazing experience. I have nothing but positive words to describe this group. I will begin with the Management team, what an absolute fantastic bunch of individuals that have all the characteristics that a management team member will have, strong personalities, calm, great communicators, honest, fantastic decision making in critical/ decisive situations, understanding, empathetic and humble. If I have to single out any individual member of the management team it will have to be Brother Usama, I would describe him as the “glue” & “brains” behind all operations. Overall Sada E Medina provided a Class Hajj Service from start to finish, before Hajj, the wassap group assisted a lot in regards to preparations & meeting expectations. The Hajj seminar was fantastically organised & presented, along with all the goodies the group provided. Whilst during Hajj, the availability, advice given during pre & post hajj days were impressive, from facilities provided in Mina, Arafat & Muzdalifah to hotel facilities in Makkah & Medina, advice on cargo services, pharmacies, laundry, general geographical advice in Makkah & Medina were very useful. Things that impressed me the most was the logistics, communication & organisation provided from the group whilst in Makkah & Medina were outstanding. This was the first time visiting Makkah & Medina for me & my wife, Firstly I thank our Almighty Allah for making our Hajj Journey a fantastic one, secondly I have to thank everyone associated with Sada E Medina for their fantastic efforts. The memories , spiritual highs & the purification of ones heart & soul whilst on this journey along with the services provided my Osama & his team will remain forever. I pray to our Almighty Allah, that he showers his blessings upon every single member of the Sada E Medina group, he grants them all long & healthy lives & enables these amazing individuals to continue to do the fantastic work on a yearly basis to fellow Muslims going for Hajj & Umrah, AMEEN.

   Alhamdulillah, an amazing journey by the Grace of Allah swt. Excellent companionship and very well organised. From the beginning to the end we were well looked after. Hafis Mansoor and Hafis Munir are excellent leaders and we had immense help from Usaamah, Ismail, Sh. Adam and others.There were different flights for the different packages (2 week, 3 week etc) but each one of them was meticulously planned and all of us were really looked after and accommodated. Although there were many of us from various backgrounds, all were made to feel welcome. Hotels were decent and very close to both of the Harams, and we had access to our Makkah hotel throughout the days of Hajj. Three square meals per day (like home cooked) which was good because how many takeaways can you really eat? Food and drink in Arafat, Mina etc was plenty. Lots of small details were taken care of which made our journey comfortable so that we could perform our duties with ease. There was enough Islamic guidance but not too overpowering which gave us the flexibility and freedom for each of us to perform the rituals in accordance to what we are used to. Shaikh Adam was always on hand alongside others. All in all - well organised, fantastic service, good value for money and would definitely recommend.

   ‎السلام علیکم My husband & I have just returned from our first Hajj With Sada-e-Madinah. After researching many companies around Leeds/Bradford area we decided to book this company & Alhamdulillah we have been more than pleased from the minute we booked till we landed back in the UK and would not hesitate to use them again for future Inshahllah. - The booking process was very easy, Usaamah was very professional & helpful and dealt with all our queries since jan 2018 when we booked. - The seminar in Manchester was very informative where we met the management team and fellow hujjaj, the content of the day was highly informative and excellent practical advice was given. - Excellent WhatsApp group before and throughout the trip to communicate with the team 24/7 and ask any questions no matter how big/small and questions were always answered in the most professional manner, all members very approachable. - Hotels were of a good standard (don’t expect 5*) especially the close distance to the haram which was the main + plus factor for us & well priced for a non-shifting package so we could read our prayers in the haram with ease. - Excellent logistical organisation throughout makkah and madinah - we got to all the locations in very good time with ease. - Food was fine and it is complimentary and if it’s not to your taste there are infinite places to eat around the hotel and around the haram. - Excellent VIP tents in Mina which exceeded our expectations with comfortable sofa beds, duvets, hot and cold drinks available 24/7, AC 24/7. - Even in Arafat the tents & facilities were of a very high standard.In Arafat, maybe in future it would be helpful to provide some sort of additional talks/bayaan/lecture/dua’s on the importance/significance of Arafat to help/guide people throughout the day (lots of whom were simply chatting for hours+) so we all make maximum effort on this blessed day. - The trolley bags filled with lots of essential items that were of a superior quality & were utilised throughout the journey ! - Sada-e-madinah provided a 100% professional, honest, value for money & transparent service and took care of our every needs. If anything I would say they actually should promote their services much MORE as they are definitely on a par with the TOP hajj providers in the U.K and exceeded our expectations. They have many years of experience which shows when traveling with them. - Finally, Thank you Sada-e-madina and jazakallah to all the management team for guiding and facilitating us through our first Hajj - would highly recommend and book again without a second thought!
