   Great gym All staff are friendly and helpful. The gym is clean and spacious and never too busy. All good equipment and good set up for hyrox etc style It was easy to sign up too. Changing rooms are spacious and good showers and always clean Opens at 6am

   This place is amazing, the gym is 2 floors with state of the art equipment. The staff are so helpful.. Love it love it love it. My sons have started to use the gym as well and love it. We also use the squash courts which are great

   Lovely little local recreation centre. I take my 5y old autistic grandson swimming here on a Sunday. He loves it and has massively improved in the pool. The staff team are fabulous with all the youngsters too. There’s plenty of free parking, the pool and changing areas are all very clean. Great viewing areas and plenty of chairs and a lovely little cafe to buy drinks and snacks.

   This is a review for the swimming pool only- not used any other facilities. It's not what I expected to be honest. The pool is too small to have kids in at the same time as adults doing exercise laps. There wasn't enough room to swim up and down. It cost a fiver which is the same as the bigger everybody swimming pools. Really good staff though, accommodated a date change. Won't be returning due to the above it was an uncomfortable workout

   Brilliant Facility! Modern Gym, Pool and Squash Courts, Spa and Beauty Treatments available. Kid Swimming Lessons are very well taught and The Junior Squash Academy provides great Coaching for kids of all ages! Lots going on for lots of different people and the Staff are absolutely amazing ;)

   Nice little place good facilities and clean. Sauna and steam room could do with being a bit hotter other than that very nice and great for a Sunday morning swim with the children, definitely going again.

   I can only comment on the children's swimming lessons as we don't use the gym, but we love it here. We've done the parent and baby classes and have now moved on to the swimming lessons, we've always enjoyed our sessions and the teachers couldn't be more helpful and encouraging. Both of my girls love their lessons and I love the ease of payment/renewing lessons and the friendly reception staff. The pool is always warm enough, as are the changing rooms.

   Nice pleasant gym/spa with a swimming pool and squash courts could do with a cafe as a way of bringing in more money for them as its charitable run .very friendly staff with a good range of classes from keep fit to yoga and self defence .
