Smaller softplay, not the best layout as lots of the toddlers struggle with the netting at the top of the stairs, and the rollers and spiders-web to access the gym balls. Fairly poor food options and very hot inside, especially in the upper level. However it was clean and friendly which counts for a lot.
Brilliant soft play for younger children. Had my sons 3rd birthday party here and the service was faultless. Good value for money and the exclusive hire wins for me every time. The girls are lovely so down to earth and make you feel welcome.
Such a magical experience yesterday for faith seeing her favourite character blippi on her 2nd birthday she had such a wonderful Time so did all the other children and adults to the staff are all so friendly and that's what u need in a soft play to feel comfortable and that we did such a amazing day I did try upload the video of blippi bringing out faiths birthday cake aswell but couldn't upload that one just want to say thank you to the staff and to blippi aswell your all lovely will be joining you for events this year as I know faith loves clown around ou help me and rob to make faiths birthday party very special and for that we are grateful ❤ xxxxxx
Lovely little place for toddlers/young children. You can see your child at all times in the soft play while you sit and have a coffee. The ladies behind the counter are always really friendly and cheerful. Prices are brilliant on the play time and food/drinks.
My daughter had her 3rd birthday party here today. I don't think she stopped smiling once. Facilities are excellent, and the staff are so friendly, intact I felt the staff go above and beyond. All my daughters friends and cousins really enjoyed it. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Value for money was excellent, food was great, atmosphere awesome. Clown around soft play definitely made my daughter's day. Well definitely be back. Also a huge thanks to the staff aswell, you are all so lovely and friendly. Thank you for making my daughter's birthday party so incredible.
Though not very big, I find this to be a bonus, you can sit and relax, enjoy a hot cuppa whilst visibly being able to see where your kids are and what they are up to. The staff are very attentive, kind and make you feel at home. Will definitely visit again
