Had a party for my 4 year old in November 2025. Booking and organising was easy, and on the day the staff were brilliant, we didn't need to do anything! Very relaxing from a parental point of view and great fun for the kids. Diolch!
Amazing play place, As 10 years old on google maps. i have to say, very impressive lol !! nice job engineering and very nice. tickets arent too pricey and the playground is very safe! definetly will visit again although i live in Canada.
We held a very last-minute party here in November 2025. Although the party room was already booked, the staff did everything they could to make sure my daughter’s 4th birthday was fantastic. They went above and beyond to make it special. My partner and I were really impressed with their effort, and our daughter was over the moon with how her party turned out.
I wouldn't recommend this play area to anyone with young babies. They advertise for babies and under 3, happy to take your money. I took my 16month old and the under 3s was full of children 5+. The equipment was being missed used thrown about and children were climbing the net wall for the play area and jumping onto couches. It wasnt safe for a babies room and yet the responsibility should be with the parents its also the company to make sure the equipment isn't being missed used. That the soft play is safe and that children's behaviour is address like climbing the walls and the play frame its self when there are babies around. I also make a complaint to then get ignored. Wizz kids all the way.
Went last week for the first time and I both my daughter and I enjoyed the visit . Nice and clean space for children to play, wasn't busy ,which made the experience even nicer. The staff was lovely, as well as the coffee I had :) Will come again
Place is good for younger kids. Adult food had a great choice but kids food was very limited seeing as it's a kids play centre. No chips or pizza on 2 seperate occasions.
My daughter said it would get 5 stars if there was another slide. She enjoyed the trampoline area, although it is small so it takes a little time to get on it. Food was ok, not sure about value as it was part of a birthday party so not sure of cost. The children enjoyed the party and the host was lovely enough. Plenty of seats available for adults too.. which is a rarity in these places.
My 4 year old loves infunity! Staff are lovely and all areas very clean! Nice choice of snacks and drinks for children and mums..Definitely somewhere to take your children for a visit and catch up with friends!
