Great customer service. But unfortunately their word is very misleading and untrustworthy. I dealt with Moiz. No so much as an update despite going to the shop on 3 separate occasions on the promise he will update me on speaking to the supplier every few days for a wash basin tap. This went on for 5 weeks. There used to be a time when a man’s word was his bond. I would have appreciated the truth from the start instead of wasting my time.
Lovely experience. They were celebrating 40 years of business - a lovely lady handed me a free bag of savouries and offered me a free drink! And the price I paid for my item (kitchen strip light) sealed the deal, and everyone seemed friendly and approachable. I'll definitely be going there again! Keep up the good work.

I had a brilliant experience; they have great customer service and I was seen very quickly. The girl serving me was very knowledgeable and helped me fix my problem with ease. She was super polite and helpful and was able to answer any queries I had. They had high quality products which were competitively priced. Overall, the staff were lovely and I had a seamless experience. The store has a very aesthetic lighting display which alone is worth visiting, they stock a huge range of cables, lights, tools and electrical items. By far the best electrical shop in the whole area. Was very pleased shopping there, 10/10 would recommend
Bought MDPE pipes and fittings- good price - less than some shops nearby. I liked their customer - the two girl’s were polite and helpful. ( you go nearby shops- their body language is not bothered , which I very much dislike) Definitely will go back again.
