   MH05HGG No499 31/10/23 approx 2pm Castleford, nearly caused an accident by going straight onto a roundabout around 25 to 30mph ignoring traffic from the right causing emergency stops. Sent the shocking video and they said they'd show it to transport manager 3 weeks ago, Heard nothing. I drive for a living and know what it's like to rush etc but this guy is lethal and wants sacking. Either thinks he can bully his way around in a big bus or is dangerously poor at driving. Shocking. Noticed others say their driving comments have been ignored too..

   I used to love travelling with these but after my experience this time I will never use them again the driver spoke to me like pure rubbish infront of other passengers and my children and the company think its ok for him to do this

   Good coach firm. Wish though they did more places it's all bridlington. Scarborough. Whitby. Why not do bakewell markets. Skipton. Grassington?
