   Poor customer service my daughter couldn’t attend due of some issue and we would like to move the course same week just different day so she won’t lose weekly course nah couldn’t do it coz I need to contact the company to move the course, tried to contact the company nobody answer. Many times. 3 weeks after I emailed them few days after get back to me because I want to cancel the membership. We agreed to change the date instead but they didn’t let my daughter in coz she wasn’t with adult( w/c fine) that’s going to be 4 weeks couldn’t attend her swim lesson and for the price of £62 been wasted the whole month of April. Talked to the management when they didn’t let my daughter in, and he agreed to cancel my membership coz I tried to contact swim nobody answer many times today just found out after I’ve been charged from May to June £62 each month even after we agreed that the membership is cancelled. Then I called my bank found out the direct debit still carry on. Your service is really bad dissapointing, poor to your customer. I’m really disappointed to your service.

   Instructor was not attentive, specially after I decided to discontinue. Process to discontinue is also difficult. You can't discontinue online / on phone but in person only. Plus when you do, you have to pay next month also if discontinuing in middle of month. This is fine but why to make it difficult to discontinue then. And when discontinued instructor was not paying attention at all in subsequent pending sessions. I saw he intentionally left my son of few activities in one session. Avoid if possible. Thankfully my son got place at livewire and I could avoid this ripoff.

   I enjoy taking my little boy swimming here as he loves bring in the water but it's not good value for money. Lessons always start late, there is little variety from week to week. My little boys swimming progressed more in a fun pool with myself and my wife than in 12 weeks here.

   Not recommended at all. Communication very poor, very few updates on progress, cattle market changeovers in a hot changing room with not enough rooms (and parents reserving rooms with towels!). On top of this, in nearly a year of attending one of my kids has just hardly moved at all (despite both being a similar level at start of the year. Would expect a lot more for the very expensive prices (£124 for 2 kids - we now have family membership at a local gym including lessons for less!). Was happy to have paid more if service and progress was there, but sadly lacking. Served notice after lodging a formal complaint that they didn't care about, and even after serving notice there was just no attempt to resolve or contact. Very disappointing.

   Promise the earth deliver very little. Progress rarely updated in the app. Low availability of lessons, when moving up to higher group if there is no availability you are expected to continue to pay for the same level of swim grade lesson. Pointless in progressing if held back due to availability. High churn of instructors - changing room facilities require upgrade.
