   On the 18th Sept 2025 I was delivering to this Travis Perkins in Tonbridge and met the Yard Supervisor Mark Kennard. Well what can I say, what an absolute gentleman he was. He was polite, extremely helpful and overall outstanding. The delivery yard is quite difficult to manoeuvre a 44 Foot HGV in, however Mark made it an absolute doddle, telling me where to position myself to undertake a tight Blindside reverse. And guess what, he was bang on the money. I did also witness Mark interacting with customers cheerfully and helpfully. Thank you Mark for being great and putting a great image of Travis Perkins out there for all to see. The world needs more Mark’s!

He was friendly, quick and professional - the space we have to navigate on the driveway is not the easiest and yet he was patient and helpful and so efficient that all the builder grabbags have been neatly positioned - amazing job Dave. The text service tracking also helped to know exactly when they were arriving. So refreshing to have good drivers arrive.

   popped in to make an enquiry regarding a product I'd already priced elsewhere but was out of stock and not only did Travis Perkins have what I wanted in stock for next day (free) delivery but my total order worked out £20 cheaper! Thank you very much, highly recommended. ... Plus, next day delivery turned into same day delivery as my stuff has just been delivered! That's about 4 hours from purchase to delivery. Really excellent service & very much appreciated.

   The yard staff are excellent but the office staff and especially the manager are rude and make you feel very uncomfortable. I use travis perkins on a daily basis but will not be going back to this branch due to the manager and counter staff
