   Its harlow wouldn't issue a replacement drill after an under warranty repair failed on my DeWalt drill. I rejected the goods and requested a replacement but they would not comply with their obligations as the retailer. Instead, they seemed to take pleasure in making up reasons as to why the law doesn't relate to the purchase of tools and said it was my issue with the manufacturer. Not the case. I'll deal with the issue direct but I won't be using its again. Not worth the risk of downtime again.

   Staff lazy, slow, rude and obnoxious, waited 20 minutes for service only to find one staff member outside messing around with a “mate” in the car park, the only other guys serving was busy with a customer but didn’t even acknowledge the queue of 8 people waiting, no customer service etiquette at all, atrocious. At least they had the items I wanted in stock.

   Recently received my first Milwaukee long reach ratchet as a birthday gift from my family. As a hobbiest mechanic, it comes in handy when rapidly undoing wheel nuts and under tray bolts etc. Very impressed with Milwaukee build quality and now I’m hooked. I have called ITS, visited in store and also used their webchat for help on more details about their products. Very impressed with their professionalism, response time and range. I was allowed to feel the tools in hand freely without any hassle. They have tonnes of other lovely tools which my partner as a training carpenter, found some real gems. The magnetic Milwaukee tape measure for one! I will be buying from them soon as I am confident their aftercare service would be good.

   Tried to order a Makita breaker and asked them to price match the Screwfix price as there price promise sign displayed in there shop said they will beat Screwfix and toolstation prices, they told me to go back to Screwfix as they can’t beat there price ,nice bit of false advertising!

   First time at ITS. Expected more more from the store. Long queue times and couldn't view the tools unless chaperoned. In the end had to order via a very slow consol instore. Not what I expected, would have spent a lot more but didn't because of this system. If I buy from them again it will probably be online.

   Bought a pair of DeWalt rigger boots, phoned to check they had size 12 and 13 in stock so I could try them on. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Good range of professional tools on display.
