   My two children joined and have had 3 lessons, 2 missed due to illness. On signing up I was never told or advised of a ‘set date’ my payment would come out I was just asked to set up my direct debit which I did, I couldn’t set up my own date to when I got paid monthly and I notified one of the team members called Emma,She said that was ok and they’d keep trying to take payment, unfortunately they tried to take it out on one of the days my car insurance was due out so I had to cancel my direct debit and set it up again for the 17th I then received an email from Emma, TELLING me she had cancelled my kids places and that they had to find alternative swim lessons elsewhere. She was not understanding at all stating ‘They can not adjust pay due dates just to suit me’ which I thought was really rude. She never asked if there anyway they could help or even accept my monthly payments would be 17th of each month. They are more bothered about payment then they are for the children, my daughter is 5 and is ASD plus being sensory and not once was her thoughts and feelings even thought of. The actual swim teacher Sophie was amazing, can’t fault her but management are an absolute disgrace and want to be ashamed.

   Staff very helpful. Viewing area a bit crowded. Lessons appeared to be well conducted. My daughter was concerned that tots lessons took place in a shallow pool which would not encourage my granddaughter to actually swim.
