   Booked Badminton for a 6pm slot and nobody was there to let us in, 15 minutes later was told the person who booked it didn’t enter the time on booking. Terrible service and no apology for wasting 25 minutes in total. Was expected to set the nets up ourselves. Won’t be going again, Middleton arena is far better.

   This is my local pool and it seems every time I go here (including today) the baby pool is closed for one reason or another. The staff argue with me and say the website was updated, which just isn't true as it is that unreliable I always make sure I check. I pay a monthly subscription so that I can come here each week with my kids and the past 6 times have been a different reason why the small pool is closed. It really is joke.

   Me and my family went here for the first time, swimming pool wasn’t too bad but the staff was terrible especially the lifeguard Zack Mason he kept looking at us the whole time and talking to someone else while laughing at us, we felt very judged and didn’t feel comfortable at all. Awful experience even with the changing rooms and showers no privacy what so ever.

   It's good but it can improve by providing some basic utilities, such as shower soap in the holders which already installed in showers, basic repair work wooden planks are loose in the sauna. Could play some motivational videos for exercise as the TV screens are already in installed.

   Recently joined both gym and swimming ended up using the pool more, this is through preference! The timetable is online and update regular so you can plan your swim! Lots of adult only swims in the evening but more often have a Lane set up during public swims! Clean facilities! Staff are very helpful when needed! The public changing rooms are unisex but members ones are separate men and womens with sauna and steam room!
