   Cashier today was very rude. Tired of being accused of theft and being stared at the whole time. Learn something from the off licence shop, they gently nudge me and they dont watch me like a hawk all the time. Don't go there if you are a teenager you will probably be yelled at for being a "theif"

   Horrible horrible service. I have been going there many times since last year and I used to love going there. They were cheap and had a large range of options. Then they increased the prices. That is still fine. But then they hired that one cashier who is alway very rude to everyone. I understand that they need to increase security but I am repeatedly either told to hurry up "there is a one minute rule in the shop now" or I am accused of theft. I am being watched the whole time how could I have even stolen. But I don't mind watching me or even gently telling me to make up my mind he just does it in such a rude way treating everyone like a criminal. Never going there again, I don't need to be treated like that. Also stop reducing stock all the time. Learn from the other shops around you and fix this rubbish

   Disgusting behaviour from a member of staff, shouting at my grandson for walking around the shop deciding what drink to buy, he was actually on facetime with me so I know he wasn't doing anything wrong. This person was accusing my grandson of trying to buy alcohol??? He's 11.......who would serve him? Unless he was intimating that he was attempting to steal something. Tell your children not to frequent this establishment

   If I could give 0 I would do it the lady behind a counter shouldn't face any customer extremely rude ,I was doing the queue to send a parcel, waited till my turn came , getting socked when this lady asked me to wait a side till all the customer pass because they are more important than me!!!! Second time when I've collected my parcel she wanted to hand my bank card and take it with to look for my parcel, despite showing her my full name and she was still refusing to hand me parcel ,she found my parcel and told me again the code doesn't want to enter into the system, spending half an hour there to get my parcel when I spent 2 minutes in Nisa shop to get my other parcel ,this lady is awful , please avoid this shop!

   I just got out of the shop it looks fantastic, the people there are friendly and loyal. I needed to give my friend parcel the review here says they don't take large packages but they accepted my friends package. Then the staff told the promotion and deals you can get. I really don't see whats the problem it was cleaned all the stuff i need was there and staff are kind. I will definitely come here everyday or more often.
