The cashier treated me in a very provocative, stereotypical way insisted on treating me as if I were mentally deficient or not normal
Staff are rude and impolite. They made me wait for my parcel collection while serving several people that came in after me and one person came in and accused them of charging them for a £16 vape that they weren't actually given.

I went to buy a drink the other day due to it being hot and playing football. I was harassed verbally by a shopkeeper I have never seen. Just because I had 3 friends in the shop and wanted to pay for themselves. Then all of a sudden he started to rain uppercuts on my ( dodging the punches) I hit his forehead and he powered off. He turns on and starts tickling my 12 year old nephew.I couldn’t even listen to a single word he said because he couldn’t speak English and probably just came of the boat and also had a terrible Oder which smelled of onions bhaji . He tried to say my software was corrupt whilst arguing . Saw him change expired milk 3 years extended.Dirty smell shop won’t come back. It’s like southall in a shop.
Used to shop here often so when I wasn't going to be in for a parcel I asked to collect from here instead. They're signed up as an official DHL service point but refuse parcels when they arrive? Total waste of time. I've lived round the corner for 25 years but I don't reckon I'll be shopping here any longer.

Helpful and polite service in this local convenience store. They also are an official click and collect location so certain goods bought online can be collected from here if the seller makes that option available. The store is open 7 days a week and is usually open from 6am.
