   I just wish it was open when it advertises to be. The official time is 6am but this morning it was still not open at 6.45am. Not good enough.

   Shocking place. I had the misfortune today of having to pick up a UPS parcel here as it had be dropped off there by the driver. When I say Parcel I mean a double mattress rolled into a box. The box was way to heavy for one person (me being a small female) I asked for help. None was received. The staff watched as I moved my car in front of the store blocking traffic and struggled to drag it over the threshold of the store. They asked if I was ok and I said No I need help. They offered none and had the gall to watch. I eventually dragged it outside to my car but couldn't lift it inside. This all lasted quite some time until a friendly delivery driver attending to Byrons stopped and helped me. So this store wins the award for the most terrible customer service and lack of human compassion! Well done... Slow Clap! Zero stars - If I could
