   The short European lady who mainly works at the self check-out is always so rude. Her attitude is truly sickening. Not just on one occasion but everytime you need assistance such as reduction stickers she loves to make a comment. It's become a thing where id rather not buy anything reduced just so that I don't have to interact with her and feel like I'm a burden. Terrible customer service. No staff name tags either so they get away with this behaviour

   Middle aged middle sized brunette European worker often on self check out is just so so rude. Often has her mug with her beverage and will turn you away from self checkout send you to a till and a queue even if you have a basket with less then 10 items. Her tone of voice and manner is awful. Edit* Keith is fantastic what a ray of sunshine - so happy welcoming and friendly vibes. Makes shopping easy thank you Keith ! Aldi needs more Keith’s.

   Good location, the bus stop is right at the door, and there is also a parking lot at the back. There are many fruit choices and good prices, but other items such as yogurt, biscuits, and chips are really limited. Most of them are ALDI brands, and the location classification is a bit messy, but the self-service checkout is very convenient and there is space for organization.

   Very rude staff one at the self service checkout and another older lady who last week was rude to another customer. Completely rude, no customer service skills and when you ask to speak to a manager completely ignores you. I won’t be going here again I’ll stick to Tesco. Worst shopping experience. These 2 staff need to be retrained. Left feeling embarrassed seems other people here have had the exact same issue. The area manager needs to visit this store and seriously reviewing staff levels and behaviour.

   Overall the store is ok, but you guys have one very rude employee Toni. Makes my shopping experience awful every time I go in there and she’s by the self serve tills, she’s very rude, abrasive, makes it look like she’s not happy to help- always an issue with her. Always says trolleys need to go to the other tills but as far as I am aware you can have up to 25 items at self service tills and no other employee ever had an issue with trolleys. I’m also frequent customer and you would think I know how the store works.

   Terrible shop with unpleasant staff. The whole shop was dirty and in a mess, and we were having problems with the self-service check outs so asked for assistance and the young lady who worked there was no help at all. If you employ customer service staff who treat customers as if they are an annoyance, you're doing something wrong. My wife felt intimidated and embarrassed and this staff member's lack of manners was appalling. We will not be back.

   8 self checkouts but only 3-4 are open at a time (even when there are long queues on Saturday and Sunday). If you are younger the staff rush towards you and stand right behind you making sure you don’t steal (which is quite offensive to be honest), you think I can’t afford some potatoes? The older women also tend to argue a lot with customers, seen it happen quite a few times.
