   Truly appreciate that you pushed us out! After asking for a simple assessment to move my child from the yellow hat group to the green hat group, we were repeatedly told he was not ready (with conflicting reasons given as to why he was supposedly “not ready”), and he continued to be assessed in the yellow hat group rather than the green one, as we requested. We moved to another provider, where he was properly assessed and placed at his correct level (which would be the purple hat group in your facility). He is now swimming at the correct level and learning proper technique. This experience showed a clear lack of objective assessment and an unwillingness to listen to parental concerns. I strongly recommend that parents keep a close eye on how children are assessed here and seek a second opinion if needed.

   Don't pay for membership to all the Oldham Active facilities. Avoid Radclyffe School for Oldham Active membership!!!! Employee Johnny lies about the policy, closes down courts at his own whim, ultimately a poor experience trying to use your booked and paid for court in Radclyffe School because Johnny wants to finish early.

   0 customer service! Lifeguards were very rude and un professional they even lied to me! No one their is helpful or nice u feel like u entered a military base not a leisure centre!

   I am member of OCL gym for a few years and it has great facilities, but on their newsletter website, haven't mentioned a change in car park which is now a pay and display ticket at the Oldham Leisure Centre. As this becomes a private land, managed by Parking eye Ltd. BE VERY AWARE THAT YOU COULD A £100 FINE THROUGH YOUR LETTERBOX !!

   Fantastic venue! We used this for the street comp, a stones throw from the bus station and a huge carpark next to the centre it's perfect for the commute by public transport or your own, we had the mini bus outside , it was a brill day and the hall was perfect for what we needed.

   I have attended this swiming pool sawna and steam room a few years ago and enjoyed it. Since then I have some how been riddled with anxiety. I tried to attend last year and really couldn't Bare with all the hustle and bustle. Please could I recommend maybe placing some quiet times for people with anxiety problems. I know supermarkets do this . I hope this feedback gets to someone Would love to hear back from you

   Leisure Centre: Not Bad, Car Park: Not secure. No issues with the facilties, use the badminton court alot. However the car park isn't secure, was only inside for less than an hour and someone tried to break into my van. Passenger side door lock missing, door panel scratched, rear doors tried to be peeled back. This facility needs proper fencing around and cctv. Can't even use it without being broken into. Sad times. Welcome to oldham leisure centre.

   I've been coming here a lot on and off for years. While that experience has mostly been positive and the staff are very polite, recently it has felt neglected in certain areas. A lot of gym equipment is consistently broken and in need of repair or replacement. On top of that, areas such as the pool changing rooms often reek of urine and are full of people's rubbish. The pool also feels dirty more often than not. These areas could use work.
