    Your alarm above the cash machine is sounding off continuously tonight - why in gods name is there no process for a key holder to turn it off! And in this heat - not a fun evening - we all have to work in the morning!

    Since the refurbishment they do not put top up cards /playstation cards on the shelves! They keep them in a box behind counter in a store cupboard. I've asked many times for them to be put up back on the shelves yet self take no notice of me or my family members. My son is autistic and we get them every week and every week end off having issues getting playstation top up cards.spend ages explaining where they are to staff. Because not all staff know where they are. Other potential customers wanting playstation top up cards are not aware where tesco are keeping them so missing out on sales. I've lived in Chertsey for over 40 years and over the last 12 months Tesco in Chertsey are going down hill fast and customer service is bad

    Really friendly member of staff. Who went out his way to chat to customer. Young British Asian guy with a cool haircut- best staff member I have been served by at a supermarket. I visited on Saturday 25th March at 2pm.... please Tesco make your colleague know his efforts are truly appreciated and I think the other customers who were served by him whilst I was in store would agree.

    Staff are lovely other than one guy who treats and talks to you like you are a bit of dirt. Happened twice now.

    Arrived at 21:55 to run in and buy milk. Door locked, and told already closed by the guy working there. Iā€™d understand if I wanted to do a huge shop but all I needed was a pint of milk!!

    The Tesco is as you'd expect for a mini mart. It has a free ATM, and the range of items in the store is fairly minimal, focussing more towards the mid range priced items rather than the lower end. There are a fair number of parking spaces.
