   Poor incompetent staff. Very rude to paying customers who are regulars. I make (now made) full use of the parcel drop off services. The elder guy has no manners. He has shouted at me 2 days in a row and was not willing to hear anything I had to say about the DPD parcel service. If the shop is not equipped to handle the parcel drop off service any longer, they need to opt out of it, rather than rudely shouting at customers about how you have no space. (There was plenty of space)

   Went there & bought 2 yazoo milkshakes & custard creams Custard creams cost £1 The yazoos was £1.15 for 1 &£2 for 2. Pleas tell me why I bought 2 yazoo’s and custard creams and I got charged £2.30 I don’t care about 30p Honestly it’s the principle. I’m a new customer and I got overcharged thanks?

   Horrible customer service. I came collect my parcel in the morning just after the opened the shop. The person told me that the machine is not ready and I have to wait 30 minutes.He said he needs to do lots of things in a shop and he has customers. Who I was ? Hmm.I waited for 15 min like an idiot. He was very rude to me,arrogant. Please be aware.

   Arrived here to drop off parcel as it is a dpd drop off point very bad customer service wouldn’t take the parcel as he claims had no space blaming dpd for not collecting not a good impression and not good for business for dpd store was messy untidy full of clutter dont wanna give any stars but lowest is 1
