   The hotel is just on the edge of West Bay in Dorset. I have eaten at the restaurant on a number of occasions with my relatives who live in Beaminster. It was their favourite eating place and I can well understand why. Sadly life has moved on and I know longer have areason to eat there. (I live just out side of SW London). Meals are excellent, well cooked and hot with a good selection on the menu. The service is good and attentive

   Well stocked, good quality food, premises not too big so easy to shop if you're in a hurry. Parking just outside but be careful not to exceed time restrictions or you'll get a fine!

   M&S Simply Food is conveniently located by the Premier Inn, making it easy to grab snacks for my hotel room. The store is nicely laid out, with clear signage indicating where everything is placed, which made finding items straightforward. They have a great selection of bakery goods, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff are friendly and very helpful; when the self-checkout wasn't working, a worker promptly assisted me with a bright smile. Overall, it's a well-organized store with excellent customer service.

   Nice food, nice staff but you keep closing the tills and only allow us to use self service, which are tills from hell… I have never in all the countries I’ve been to seen tills as horrendous and hard to use as M&S self service tills… I now only use the M&S in Staines but Waitrose in Egham doesn’t even have self service till’s and that’s a better fit for me..

   I have bought the meal for one Fruity Chicken Curry 400g at £3.25 for quite a while now. Went to Brooklands to buy some more. They are now 200g (half as much) at £2.75. This equates to £5.50 for 400g. Up from £3.25. The 200g portion is just about enough for a child. Think this is appalling. Come on M&S, look after your loyal customers. Do not rip them off. Not impressed.

   This is where we do most of our food shop being local and convenient, when I say most - It’s kinda 50/50 with the big Tesco behind, but M&S has far better quality meets and veg. Not to mention many other products that Tesco simply cannot match it on. Like their Indian selection for example. The staff are typical M&S in that they’re smartly turned out, friendly and informative as and when required. There is parking out the front or if full there is a multi-story above M&S which is accessed to the side-rear. There can be youths hanging around in the area but since the stabbing a few months ago there seems to be less now.
