   Nice products and very easy shop if you're in a hurry at Sainsbury's Local in Weybridge. Biggest let down is some of the unbelievably sloppy, untidy looking staff who absolutely don't take any pride in their work. I don't feel a management presence in this store. If there is, it clearly indicates that standards are particularly questionable which is clearly reflected in some of the attitude of the staff. Those who are really helpful and good at their jobs are sadly let down by the very sloppy couldn't care less attitude of the others. There is definitely not a feeling of staff pride in this store. Sad but true.

   Several minutes’ walk from our house - small certainly, and maybe missing some of the “full grocery shop” items but their baked goods first thing in the morning are amazing, they’ve got a useful fresh orange juicer and everything for a “quick shop” is always stocked. Our favourite local for sure.

   Cosy little local shop, staff is always helpful and has great product, even for a last minute meal. As it is a local shop, might not have the same assortment as a big shop, but overall great customer service and products. The thing I love is the fresh hot bakery in the morning, with delicious croissants, biscuits, doughnut!

   RUDE RUDE EMPLOYEE ! Went to grab some groceries this evening for my toddler ~15 mins before closing. I wish I haven't. Entering the store, noticed one of the employees(short woman with dark hair) were chasing around outside like she was disturbed with people coming for shopping. As I looked to grab groceries, the section was already closed, piled with trolleys blocking any access though there was time before closing. As I asked whether I could grab some tangerines, she looked in an ill pleased manner and started to speak to me like she's patronising me. No matter how I did not want to bother, she kept the attitude, which led me to ask her to just stop and I'll be leaving the store. Went to local Tesco store few meters away and did my shopping with any sighs or eyes rolling on me. Even though I'm not someone to be bothered by such behaviour, I certainly believe this is something needs addressing. As a local company owner in Weybridge, I believe your personnel is a reflection of the standard of your company. I hope you train your employees better in the future, especially in local shops where towners go for shopping. Because of this experience, I will not walk into the shop if I don't have to anymore.
