   Aqua Babies is absolutely brilliant! We started when my baby started when she was 12 weeks old and have been attending for 5 months now. The confidence and skills she has learnt is amazing and she really does love her lessons. The instructors are brilliant and the facilities are clean, modern and warm! If you’re looking to take your little one swimming, Aqua Babies is the place to go!

   Aqua Babies: A Weekly Dose of Joy and Confidence Building. Aqua Babies Timperley has become the absolute highlight of our week, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we stepped into the pool, we were met with a truly warm and welcoming team. Their genuine enthusiasm and gentle approach immediately put both my son and myself at ease. Our instructor is fantastic, demonstrating a real passion for what they do. They create a nurturing environment where little ones can explore the water at their own pace. What's truly wonderful to witness is my son's growing confidence. Each week, he's becoming more comfortable and adventurous in the water, and it's all thanks to the patient and encouraging guidance he receives. Seeing him progress from tentative splashes to happy, independent movements is an absolute joy. The classes are thoughtfully structured and always include fun songs and games. It's clear that the team has a deep understanding of child development, and they tailor the activities to suit each child's individual needs. Beyond the excellent instruction, it's the friendly and supportive atmosphere that truly sets Aqua Babies apart.    My son has been going to Aqua babies since he was a newborn. The class teacher is and has always been fantastic and a ‘baby whisperer’. My son hit a few road bumps on his swimming journey when he started the ‘terrible twos’ and I contacted the company for some help in getting him back on track. Within a few days, the teacher and admin staff had sorted out a comprehensive plan for my son to catch up with his swimming and re-learn his love of swimming in a patient way. Within a month my son was back on track and even exceeding his previous performance thanks to the extra lessons and support. I find the team really encouraging and pragmatic and the best part is that the teacher gets to know the kids really well and knows how to get the best outcomes for them. For that I am extremely happy with the service and it’s worth every penny!

   Have been attending aqua babies for 5 years, my son is so confident and happy in the water! Customer service and staff has always been phenomenal, the catch up class service is better than other companies that my friends use. I can’t thank aqua babies enough, I will never take my children anywhere else!

   I have to say how disappointed I am in this company. This is my second child we have put through classes The normal policy is that parents must give 48hrs notice in order to reschedule a class. Last week, on the day of my daughter's lesson, unexpectedly we were called by the hospital to say my FIL was dying and that we should attend the hospital immediately. He subsequently did die. I have called to ask if we could rearrange because of the circumstances and obviously we were unable to give 48hrs notice in this instance. The answer from aquababies is NO. I am really upset by the lack of care or understanding.
