   I think most the negative reviews are biased, products that are close to expiry date are often reduced in price and it’s done in every supermarket!! Staff are the most kindest people ever, so friendly and welcoming. I love this as my local shop. Any items I want but they don’t have, owner order it for me 10/10 service 10/10 staff 10/10 service❤️

   On 2 occasions while topping up the office Oyster card here they’ve put on a few pence less than I’ve paid for it. Petty cash I have to reconcile from my own money. Once is forgivable but I don’t think I’ll return.

   They are a Payzone store for Gas and Electricity Top Up but they choose when they do it and say the machine isn't working. A family member went in there to top up and was told they could only do £20. I went in there tonight and it was conveniently not working. Guy in shop then said it will be okay on Monday. HOW DOES HE KNOW? Laziness

   Very good there is a lot of apportunity to buy from shops and supermarkets. I plus fair restaurant and takeaways. so it depends If I speak personally I was OK as I wasn't work for a while I was struggling at the same time ok as well. so far so good I am glad that I live in hayes.

   Went in to top up Oyster card last week, asked shop keeper twice if he could check if card has been cancelled, he said it works fine, so I topped up. Went on a bus and find card is cancelled, so shop keeper took money for a canceled card, dont trust this place.
