    Sadly had one to many orders where items have been poorly packed or broken. Tonight’s fiasco was shopping covered in milk from someone else’s order. We regularly have to request refunds for destroyed items. One silver lining is at least we’ll be getting our steps in going to the supermarket again. Ocado must be losing money hand over fist?

    Shame on you Ocado drivers pushing in, in a line of queued traffic unbelievable. Will think twice before ordering again from the Ocado group. You forget you've got your name on the side of your van. Do Ocado have driving standards NO I don't think so.

    Extremely dangerous driving of a big acado van on the Woodham lane just 20 minutes ago. As I was driving 30mph, acado van was driving very dangerously from side to side and tailgating me. When I stopped on the red light by Veterinary Lab Agency, the van started to be intimidating and kept pushing my bumper. I quickly turned to the left on the green light to be safe as I had a baby at the back.
