   Awfully rude service, 'fresh produce' normally out of date, which is a massive health risk to the public. Two pricing systems...one for 'brothers & sisters' and retail for the rest of us mugs. Lotto machine never works properly either. Avoid this dump of a shop.

   Came to collect the parcel but been told that he wants a collection barcode as he do not accept the collection code itself. Very rude and seems like rasist issue with proud smile telling me that he cant give the parcel. And seems very satisfied that I wasn't able to collect it and waste 20 minutes showing him that Yodel does accept collection code itself too!! This was not the first time that they did it.

   The same guy @Kevin Scott reported was very aggressive and already angry when I entered in this shop. I asked him to take easy and be polite then he started threatening me. If anything happen to me and my family then this guy and director of this shop will be responsible.

   Worst customer service, rude and aggressive. I went there to pick up a DPD parcel. First said it’s not been delivered then He showed me my parcel and said he’s not gonna give me, Come tomorrow. I had to call police but they couldn’t do much as this is a civil matter and police tried to speak to him over loudspeaker but he didn’t say a word when they ask why he can not give the parcel. Already Called DPD left a dispute and will definitely complain to Trading Standards Services. Plus this moron refused to give me his manager/ Owner’s name and contact number.

   Avoid at all cost. I did a click and collect via yodel service to the store as I was away on holiday. When I went in to collect the parcel today, the guy in the store was extremely rude and was pointing to the date on the parcel and kept asking me ‘date’. He repeatedly about 4 times without further elaborating himself. Then he started saying the parcel was delivered over 10 days ago and I should have came to collect earlier (even though my collection period has not expired) . I would not have got it delivered in store if I was not on holiday. He then further THREATENED me to say for further reference, it will be sent back to retailer as accordingly to him they do not have space. However, the size of my parcel is no bigger than a A4 piece of papers dimensions. I really just don’t understand, maybe do not offer the service and make money out of it, if you are unwilling to provide the service.

   They are listed as having Paypoint as a service. This machine is always "not working" when I try to charge up the electric card for my 84 year old neighbour. I called Paypoint and they confirmed that the terminal is working perfectly. They don't want to take money unless its cash.

   A variety of Indian groceries available here. The cash machine inside is a bit expensive and you cant use your card to buy stuff below some amount. Staff can be more friendly.
